So. Swearing. It's weird.
I'm going to do a few posts about swearing, but not actually say any swear words, cause, ya know.
So. Part one.
The Big Idea/Question: Why are the words that are swear words swear words?
I mean, think about it. Why not sandwich? Why isn't sandwich a bad word?
For that matter, why are any words what they are? I know they have Greek and Latin roots and all, but how did they decide which words were which way back like 3,000 years ago?
